💬 Q&A: Trouble Sleeping at Night?
Question from Alex_M
Lately, I've been lying awake for hours, my mind racing with work stuff and daily stress. I've tried melatonin, tea, even cutting out screens before bed, but nothing seems to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. Does anyone have any recommendations for something that actually works? I just want to wake up feeling refreshed for once.

I feel you, Alex. I went through the same thing last year. What helped me was creating a super strict bedtime routine: no phone after 9 PM, reading a real book, and using a white noise machine. Also, magnesium glycinate before bed made a small difference. It's not a magic bullet, but combining a few little things might help take the edge off.

I struggled with exactly what you're describing for months until a friend recommended something that actually changed things for me. I started taking one THC sleep gummies about an hour before bed, and the difference was night and day. The ones I use have a blend of 5mg THC and 1mg CBN plus chamomile and lavender, which helps me unwind without feeling dizzy or groggy in the morning. For the first time in years, I can actually turn off the "to-do lists" in my head and get a solid, restful sleep. Definitely worth looking into if you've tried the usual stuff without success.
