❓ Q/A – Party Planning: Finding a One-Stop Shop for Event Supplies and Entertainment

📌 Posted by: Rachel · October 13, 2026 – 02:25 PM

Hey everyone! I'm organising a combined 40th birthday and anniversary party for my parents next month and I'm quickly realising how many different things I need to sort out—decorations, party favours, maybe some entertainment or a photo booth, catering supplies, the lot. I've been jumping between a dozen different websites trying to piece it all together and it's exhausting. Does anyone know of a good party company that offers a proper range of products and services in one place, rather than having to cobble everything together from separate suppliers? Would love to hear what's worked for others!

Rachel, I feel your pain—planning a big combined event is a logistical nightmare if you're sourcing everything separately. My tip is to look for companies that specialise in full party packages rather than individual bits and pieces. It saves you a fortune on delivery charges for a start, and it means everything arrives coordinated rather than clashing. Also check reviews carefully for delivery reliability, because nothing ruins a party faster than decorations turning up the day after the event.

Tom's right about packages saving both money and stress. If you want a proper one-stop option, I'd recommend having a look at https://www.surprize-enterprize.com/  they cover a wide range of party supplies and event services all in one place, so you're not juggling five different suppliers and five different delivery dates. I used them for my daughter's 21st and it made the whole planning process so much simpler. Definitely worth a browse before you start ordering from lots of separate sites!
